Family Life
Stephanie is a mother of three children ages six through thirteen. Being a wife and mother, she understands firsthand how difficult it can be raising children in today's busy world. Between the demands of school and the pace of after-school activities, sometimes speech therapy can be difficult to fit in. This is why she is proud to offer home, daycare and site visits. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys physical activity, especially running.
In my practice
Stephanie's practice is unique because she focuses both on the child and the family. She approaches each child with years of clinical experience and compassion. She truly forms a relationship with both the child and family, and genuinely cares about each child's progress and success. In today's economic climate, children are not getting the additional support they may need at school. Stephanie works to help children increase the communications skills they need to succeed, as well as to help parents develop strategies to support their children at home. Bridging the gap between home and school is also a goal. Every child deserves to reach their optimal potential regardless of how great or small their communication disorder is.
